Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy explains how cancellation and refunds work for capabl AirCare pilot reservations, deposits, installation, and monthly rental plans.
You may cancel a pilot-slot request before payment at no cost. If you paid a refundable reservation deposit and cancel before device allocation or installation scheduling, the deposit will be refunded after deducting only payment-gateway charges, if any.
If you cancel after a device has been reserved, dispatched, or installation has been scheduled, we may deduct reasonable logistics, inspection, or administrative costs that were clearly communicated before payment.
If installation cannot be completed because capabl AirCare cannot serve your location, cannot provide the promised equipment, or rejects the room after assessment for reasons not caused by you, any advance payment for that installation will be refunded.
Monthly rental fees are generally non-refundable after the billing period starts, except where required by law or where we are unable to provide the confirmed service for reasons within our control. Refunds, if approved, may be pro-rated based on the unused period and device pickup condition.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method where possible. Typical processing time is 7-10 working days after approval, subject to bank or payment-gateway timelines.
Deposits, if any, are refunded after device pickup, inspection, and deduction for unpaid bills, missing parts, damage beyond normal wear, or other agreed charges.
