Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the capabl AirCare website, recommendation funnel, pilot-slot reservation flow, and any air purifier rental or service plan confirmed with you.

The website recommendation is an initial advisory estimate based on your inputs. Final plan, device model, price, deposit, availability, installation date, and service schedule are confirmed only after a capabl AirCare representative reviews your room details and accepts the booking.

Unless explicitly sold to you in writing, air purifiers, accessories, and replacement filters remain the property of capabl AirCare or its operating partner. You must use the equipment with reasonable care, keep it indoors, avoid unauthorised repair/modification, and allow pickup or inspection when the plan ends or service is due.

You are responsible for giving accurate room, contact, and access information. Installation may require reasonable access to the premises, stable electricity, and a suitable room location. We may refuse or reschedule installation where the room condition, safety, electrical setup, or location is unsuitable.

Monthly fees, deposits, installation charges, taxes, late fees, or damage charges, if any, will be communicated before payment. No payment obligation is created by merely using the recommendation funnel.

Filter replacement, maintenance, and pickup are provided according to the confirmed plan. Excessive dust, smoke, renovation dust, misuse, water damage, pest damage, power surges, unauthorised relocation, or broken/missing parts may lead to additional charges.

We may suspend or end service for non-payment, misuse, safety risk, repeated missed service visits, false information, or if the pilot is discontinued in your area. You may cancel according to our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, capabl AirCare is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or medical losses. Our total liability for a confirmed service plan will not exceed the amount paid by you for the affected monthly billing period, except where the law does not permit such limitation.

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Operator legal name, registered address, grievance contact, and support email should be confirmed in your booking confirmation or invoice before payment.
